Large pothole 6feet long on junction between public and private road

This hole is dangerous and I would like to offer to contribute to the cost to repair because it is on the join between public and private roads

    The pothole photo taken at 1630hrs on 8th July after the guys had left, shows that this dangerous hole has not been foixed
