This is still permanently on 3 months after reporting it, wasting electricity. Please advise when this will be fixed.

The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.
Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.
In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

This is still stuck permanently on - that's 4 months of wasted electricity. I will call this week to discuss.
