Branches overhanging drive owned by Shropshire Council. A Branch on the right side of tree is encroaching on the BT wire to my property

The previous report ref: 14177190 does not say the drive and grass area is Council's responsibility, two properties have right of way over it. Also i did not mention a smaller branch which is encroaching on BT wire to my house. Openreach advise this is the responsibility of the landowner of the tree - the Council.
