Surface breaking up A458

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14179203.

The surface has been breaking up for a while on the A458, northbound side, at the top of the slip road to the A5. To be clear, the issue is on the A458, NOT the A5. There are multiple potholes and surface break up, on the anti skid patch, which means when riding a bike you have to swerve into almost the middle of the road. Please re surface this as a priority. It is dangerous
