Long smooth shinning metal strip which becomes exceedingly dangerous when wet and causes dangerous falls if you place a foot on it in wet weather as an example the picture shows one such example that occured on Saturday.

This is a flat shiny metal bar embedded in the junction of the road and path which is exceedingly dangerous when wet with no grip and can cause very bad falls as witnessed on Saturday morning.
