Hedges at no12, no8 and by the lamppost towards the end of the street encroach onto half, if not more, of the pavement. People have to walk in the road to pass, including people with pushchairs or dog walkers. This issue has been ongoing for a couple of years and even if trimmed they are not brought back into line so that people can use the pavements
