Dark Lane becoming a danger a pedestrians

Dark Lane has not been cleared of soil wash or plant growth for several months. The result is the path is becoming more difficult to walk safely, especially after rain. Plant growth through the tarmac surface is beginning to damage the pathway. This needs an urgent roadsweep and clearing of plant growth.
