Drainage concern

Resident Mrs Evans has contacted me asking for update on drain clearance work. Please can you confirm when this work will be completed.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • Mrs. Evans has rung again asking for an update for when they will be replacing what she calls the Sleeping Policeman outside her property that has stopped keeping the water out of her property. Someone has come out twice to see the situation and agreed for the work to be done, she is just asking for an update.

    Can you please look into this further for her? thank you
