Extremely bad visibility

I approached the junction to A495 on my tractor and due to bad visibility on the right due to a very high manicured hedge, I had to creep closer towards the A road which resulted in an unfortunately collision with an oncoming HGV artic. Luckily myself nor the HGV driver were injured however this could have resulted in a fatal accident. It is recommended that the high hedge be cut immediately to allow for safe forward visibility for drivers entering onto the A495 from this road/lane.
