Overgrown hedgerow all along the pavement adjacent to the woods

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown Trees/Hedges category anonymously at 18:42, Tuesday 10 June 2025

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14178758.

This is an ongoing problem where the landowner ignores their responsibility of keeping the footway clear for pedestrians, and the council street cleaner vehicle. This issue has to be reported again and again. I keep my hedgerow clear of the pavement as much as possible. The landowner needs to do the same. The vegetation includes stinging nettles. Parents with push chairs and toddles have to cross the road to avoid here. People with mobility issues and need to use crutches, walkers or mobility scooters cannot use this pavements. Adults walk in the road to avoid getting stung.
