2 bins in hills lane. How come they are allowed to keep 2 bins in the street ? Don’t see anyone else in hills lane with the bins out. Come the weekend and the drunks will be pulling them over,will you be coming out to clear the mess up when it happens? Also there an issue with partial sighted walking a long the street too ?
