Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14178478.

Long standing issue. Dangerous for all road users. Braking hazard for all vehicles. Skid hazard for cycles and motorbikes. Puts pedestrians and horses at risk of vehicles unable to avoid them due to lack of braking traction, sliding and slipping and nowhere to manoeuvre.
