Blocked drain leads to standing water in highway during rain events

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14178472.

During heavy rain showers water is very very slow to drain from the road. In the worst cases this is impassable. There is a drain at this location but water doesn’t seem to pass through it adequately. The drain empties into the War Brook. I have spoken to the landowner where the drain enters the War Brook and he assures me that he has cleaned/cleared this end of the drain. I suspect that it is blocked nearer to the road end.
