Hedge and lawn clippings. Large quantities that would fill approximately 5 - 10 green bins loads. This is a repeated offence of people in the area, been continuously happening for over 3 years

  • Who is it the responsibility of to deal with the flytiping? If it has been assessed and deemed to be flytiping, but not for the council to deal with, then it needs to be dealt with by somebody. Who?

  • How is it not the responsibility of the council to investigate and resolve flytiping? Who's responsibility is it? Or are you saying we are all allowed to just dump our garden waste now?
