20 inch pothole right on the edge of my driveway

This pothole has been here since long before we moved into the properly back in October. It’s been marked since around the same time as well. It is outside 2 Coles View and makes getting on and off the drive difficult. I have popped my tyre twice on this, which has cost me £150 in total in tyres and as much as I appreciate that people are busy. I would also appreciate some compensation as tyres are not cheap
