Signs in road again

There are road closed signs on the junction in the road for a road closure further down- this is not safe to turn into the road to access my house nor is it safe to turn out of the road. I have reported this a number of times yet it’s the same. Please can someone contact me as I want to now make an official complaint. My number is 07487232507
