Cone on public highway saving a parking spot

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14177671.

My neighbours have found it acceptable to place a traffic cone on the very narrow lane of meadowbrook cottages its to save them a space but it prohibits being able to pull in for farm traffic and is a nuisance it's on the public road
