Large pothole

Large pothole (90cm x 56cm) had been here for months and not been fixed and has burst my front wheel tyre when I drove along the road leading to Cound from A458 on 10/5/2025. The pothole has been fixed recently on 19/5/2025. I need a report number so I can make a claim for replacing my car tyre.
