By the post box next to the cliffe

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14177559.

There was a bin here, next to the post box and there a car park area which is a popular dog walking spot. There was a bin but for no reason or explanation it was removed and now we have 20 plus dog poo bags left where the bin once was.

The poo bags needs removing it’s disgusting and the bin put back there, as it was used by dog walkers ‘hence’ why these bags been there.
