Large pothole on bridge with sharp metal exposed

Reoccurring pothole which has been poorly repaired many times. Several cars have had damage reported due to this pothole overs many months. There are adjacent roadworks creating a completely new road surface, yet this pothole remains unrepaired. When will this dangerous pothole be properly repaired go good?
