The wall was reported on 21/05/2025. Still not repaired after 3 months. Why remove from fixmystreet when no work has been done? Exactly who is dealing with this and can we have an update on progress please?

The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.
Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.
In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
