Poor drain choice when you widened and took two older drains away

It’s hard not to be angry as my last post on this platform was ignored I can honestly say who ever took 2 full size drains away and put aco drains in that you don’t clean out and took after is quite simply a joke we have battled for over a hour to save our property’s from flooding if it floods my property which is by the fire 24 abbey forgate I will be sealing legal advice for poorly maintained and not fit for purpose I would like to be contacted about this matter 07970112243
