This debris has been left in the ditch after supposedly being cleared by yourselves last week. Looks like half an effort to clear it. It is located in the ditch on the road between Llwyn y go and Wernlas about half way betwern the Llwyn y go sign and the bridge on way to Wernlas. Small flattened area of verge next to ditch where cars have pulled in to pass although it is not a proper passing place.d

Half a dozen white sacks were removed last week as per your confirmation to me on 16/5 saying work completed and status changed to fixed. As you can clearly see from the attached photos the sacks were removed but a lot of debris is still in the ditch that must have been under the sacks or possibly fell out as the sacks were lifted and has not been cleared. These ditches are liable to severe flooding in this area and need to be kept clear. It is nor known if any of this material is toxic or hazardous and is therefore sitting in a watercourse where widespread flooding occurs where contamination debris then ends up on all the fields.
