In the middle of the pavement

There has been a big dip in the middle of the pavement for 2 years now. I have seen multiple people trip because of it. I have also witnessed children on bikes or scooters go down in it and flip them off. It's a square patch that needs filling and is a danger to people who use the pavement. It is right outside my gate on 82 lythwood road bayston hill Shrewsbury sy30nt. It desperately needs doing as there is a lot of elderly who use this pavement to walk to the shop and one day there will be a big accident.
