Overgrown tree over driveway

Customer said there is a tree that is by her shared driveway that has overgrown and got several branches hanging down. She asked if we can get someone out to have a look at this and see if we can trim these branches down or cut them off for safety. She would like a call to let her know when someone is coming to investigate so she can speak with them.
