Large stones / rocks placed on roadside risk damage to vehicles

Large rocks / large stones have been placed on the side of the road opposite the entrance to the property, which prevents vehicles being able to pull off the road if required which is often due to lorries, tractors, buses and other vehicles using the road. They risk damaging vehicles and present a trip hazard to pedestrians. They need to be removed before someone is hurt or a vehicle is damaged.
