Holly hedge restricting pavement on Alkington road (again)

This is the rear hedge of a property on Kingsway, and so I assume it's up to the owner to get it sorted. I reported this in September 2023, and now the hedge needs cutting again. It's overgrown and extending well over the pavement on Alkington Road. This is already a narrow section of road, so pedestrians need the full pavement width to be available.
