Overgrown hedge on to footpath

Sent to Shropshire Council 2 hours, 5 minutes later. Council ref: 14177014.

Hedge over growing on to footpath obstructing by up to 40% in places. As the path is fairly narrow and used by school children/families this forces pedestrians to walk very close (2-3 inches)to a busy road.
