Numerous portholes on road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14176999.

Portholes which were filled in the last year or so (this is part of the cycle route 45) have reopened along the length of the road from the junction with Westwood Lane. Issue has got progressively worse over the course of last autumn and this year.
