As neither Station Road, Rosehill Road nor Ollerton Lane are gritted reliably at this junction, the Heathcote Community Champions have requested a grit bin to be located at the school cross-roads as it can be dangerous for the parents and other road users in winter. There are others in the Parish in areas that have less need!
