Whilst cycling on a busy road, looking around me to ensure I was aware of traffic and vehicle movement my front wheel hit the pothole causing me to go over the handle bars, injuring myself and damaging personal property. Unaware how long the pot hole has been there although the whole island is in an horrific state of repair and I now know this is extremely dangerous
