The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.
Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.
In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

I first reported this last May but as you will see, the light is still not fixed. I received an email from WSP around October advising the issue would be resolved soon, but we're now three months on. Please provide an update.

A new, standard, grey LED unit has been fitted, which is inappropriate for the decorative column and for the conservation area. As the second photo shows, it is also mismatched with the existing lanterns nearby.
Matching streetlights elsewhere have been fitted with new bulbs recently, so I'm unsure as to why the entire lantern has been replaced. Please can you advise if this is a temporary replacement, and if so, when might the original lantern be re-installed?
If the original lantern was beyond repair, I'm afraid a new lantern will need to be found that matches the surrounding streetlights. This is the centre of the Bridgnorth conservation area, and these streetlights were installed to enhance it.
