DANGER TO PASSING CHILDREN, PEDESTRIANS AND MOTORISTS

1 large piece of ply board with nails sticking upright on street outside no.7 Charlotte row. Been here a few days, believe it has been placed here to match the new ‘park @ own risk’ message written on the wall of no.7 by the resident there. Very dangerous due to children playing on this part of the street and also would flatten car tyres
