Footpath with manhole sinking and missing bit of footpath

The manhole by 24 green end, Whitchurch is sinking and there is a missing bit on the pavement as well and I tripped on Wednesday lunchtime and hurt myself in both hands, left elbow and left knee on the missing bit of the footpath, delivery drivers are going over the footpath which is not helping this problem. I partially ended up in the road which is dangerous.
