Sharp right turn sign wrong way round

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14176633.

I have noticed the sign facing the wrong way (it is meant to warn of the sharp right turn at the bridge between Belle Vue Road and Hereford Road heading southbound) for at least a week but I only just got round to reporting it.
