Huge pothole in line with car tyre and cycle pathway

This pothole has been here for almost 6 months. I did initially report it to Telford and Wrekin council who replied saying it wasn’t their responsibility. It is a well used lane.We are in number 20, Howle and come under Telford and Wrekin, are neighbours directly opposite are under Shropshire council. I do not know where the boundary is but this is someone’s responsibility.It is a school run for the local Primary and used by many cyclists.
