Public bin has vermin, not sure if rats or mice though

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14175833.

There are signs of vermin behind bin, under bench and base of tree. Droppings and my cat caught one under the bench but only left the heart, so unsure whether mouse or rat.
