Debris in water run off at side of road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14175523.

On Harley Bank - left hand side of road if going in direction of Much Wenlock. I saw on Facebook that a large number of egg boxes and eggs dropped on carriageway. Travelling on Harley Bank today these boxes or rather plastic trays have been moved to the side of the road and are in the water run off ditch. There appears to be a lot of plastic which is going to get into the water courses. Please can this be cleared properly.
