Cadent gas work reinstatement has been failing since it was undertaken; it is now in a very poor condition and a trip hazard

Failed reinstatement outside 26 Kingswood Road, Shrewsbury, arising from Cadent work a few years ago. It was poorly undertaken at the time (as were several other patches that they completed at the time of the gas mains renewal), using a very weak concrete mix. It has now failed completely and it is now no better than loose gravel.
