Step damaged and missing

The steps leading down from car park A (opposite library and Port Cullis Surgery) is damaged on the 5th step up with a large amount of surface area missing. I have just twisted my ankle and fallen against the wall! This is very dangerous and needs addressing with priority!

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
