On the grassed area immediately outside number 18 Talbot Road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14175279.

2 children's car seats have been fly tipped by the resident of number 18 on the land immediately outside their house. These have been there for a number of weeks and they clearly have no intention of removing them. The local scrap man will not take them away as they are upholstered.
