Pigeon debris with leaves health issue due to birds nesting overhead gutters and drains blocked but bird danger riseing due to change in nesting from domestic seed feeding pneumo danger enclosed please move birds on and clean safely.

Pigeon eggs excrement smell walls of bridge covered with dropping which lay over leaf debris. Dogs kids elderly walk through there mire than 8 birds nesting usually by river... help.
