Two blocked drains

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14175264.

There is an URGENT need to clean drains outside my house. They are full to the brim and have formed a hard crust on the top with the dry weather which will cause flooding when it rains. I live at LEVEL CROSSING COTTAGE, SWEENEY MOUNTAIN, SY10 9EZ .which is a cottage at the bottom of a steep bank and the lane gets badly flooded outside my front door. The two gullies are located either side of the lane and haven't been cleaned for months.

    The blocked drains reported have still not been cleared and are causing flooding and accumulation of mud on the lane. I phoned recently to remind you ut was getting urgent but have not received any update to date,, Thank you for letting me know when you are able to address this.It is just outside my driveway and there is quite a lot of traffic ( delivery vans that don't slow down !) .
