Damaged caravan abandoned at Whitchurch railway station for over 3 months

As a Whitchurch resident I am concerned that a caravan has been dumped on the railway station car park. The caravan, which has seemingly been abandoned, has been taking up valuable parking spaces at the station for approximately the last 3+ months. The caravan is damaged, with holes in the side which is a cause for concern as a potential entry point for vermin. There is no accompanying registration or any other means of identifying who left it there.

I would be grateful if you could please investigate this and/or arrange for the abandoned caravan to be removed. Its continued presence could be a signal to others that this public area is an appropriate place for discarding unwanted means of transport.
