Footpath problem

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14174744.

Outside the Velvet Fern shop the foot path is very uneven and narrow. If the path was even it wouldn't matter with it being narrow. Unfortunately I have managed to fall and break my foot here due to this uneven path. It made me fall into the road so it could have been very dangerous. Please could someone look into this and make it more accessible and safe. Thank you very much.
