Overgrown Conifer Tree

The Conifer Tree is overgrown and as you can see on the photo, it's blocking the pathway to walk past. It's a bit dangerous as its right on the corner of the road called The Mall and St Nicholas Road you have to walk in the road due to cars parking half on and off the pavement. It's an accident waiting to happen, for some of the elderly residents.
