Rubbish left behind

After the last storm a tree was removed from the entrance to the skate park from unicorn rd side. The issue is they left behind what's in the picture attached. It looks untidy... This area is having a lot of money spent on it and it's a shame to see this mess left over...

Also the big tree that fell on the other side of the park has been cut back leaving just a trunk laying on the floor. Again it looks a mess. Could this be turned into a nice seating area by it being carved out? Rather than just leaving it ? Be nice to make something from it rather than chopping it up or just leaving it as it is...
