Street Light outage Friars St

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14174189.

This light has been out for over 12 months. It is right next to the residents east car park with the green and seating area behind. It does attract undesirables using the space for activities after dark. It is eerie walking passed this area.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
