Male golden labrador has turned up in yard of Thresholds this morning. It doesn't appear to belong to anyone locally and looks pretty thin

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14174149.

Dog is very thin and frightened. It is refusing to take food or water. It is in boot of car as customer took him to see if belonged to anyone in the nearby area and is now happy to stay in boot
