Overhead car park barrier been unlocked

Reported via mobile in the Barrier vehicular defective category anonymously at 09:10, Thursday 27 March 2025

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14174127.

I have reported this but received only a generic reply saying ‘matter closed’. Could you please provide further details as to why this is, as the barrier is still open?
